1. Who We Are

Sinex is operated by Sinex Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in California, USA. Our registered address is 340 Pine Street, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States.

When you purchase from Sinex, you are entering into a contract with Sinex Technologies Inc.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Pre-order and limited-edition items may require 1–3 weeks for fulfilment. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in US Dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected digital payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our San Francisco fulfilment centre. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within the United States, and 5–12 business days internationally.

All shipments above $200 require a signature on delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

4. Returns and Warranty

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return unused items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

All Sinex products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond rated IPX specifications, or unauthorised modifications.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, contact our support team at support@sinex-demo.com with your order number.

5. Product Specifications

Sinex makes reasonable efforts to ensure product specifications are accurate. Battery life, range, and performance figures are based on manufacturer testing under controlled conditions — real-world results may vary.

Software updates may affect product functionality. We are not responsible for changes introduced by firmware updates from third-party manufacturers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the property of Sinex Technologies Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
