Common Questions
Battery life varies by product. Our portable speakers range from 8 to 20 hours depending on volume and usage. Earbuds typically offer 6–10 hours on a single charge with an additional 2–3 full charges from the case. All battery figures are based on moderate volume testing and may vary in real-world conditions.
All products sold on Sinex include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond the product's rated IPX specification, or damage caused by unauthorised modifications. To make a warranty claim, email support@sinex-demo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
All wireless products on Sinex use Bluetooth 5.0 or newer. In open conditions, you can expect a range of 10–15 metres for earbuds and 15–30 metres for portable speakers. Walls, other wireless devices, and interference can affect range in real-world use. Product pages specify the exact Bluetooth version for each item.
Water resistance varies by product. Most earbuds carry an IPX4 rating (sweat and splash resistant) and speakers range from IPX4 to IPX7 (submersible up to 1 metre for 30 minutes). Always check the individual product page for the precise IPX rating before use in water.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with all accessories included. To initiate a return, email support@sinex-demo.com with your order number. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Many products support firmware updates via a companion app (where applicable). Sinex recommends keeping firmware up to date for the best performance and security. Update instructions are included in the product documentation. Note that we cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party app updates beyond our direct control.
